Should you not be pleased with the Training, you are: 1) welcome to attend the next Training session at no cost to you or 2) you are entitled to a refund. Please notify us in writing within a week following the Training. The refund will be the fee you paid for the Training course less any relevant bank charges and PayFast charges.
