The good news is that 3 of our solar lights stay on for over 12 hours. We are now in winter. Last night the lights automatically switched on at about 6 pm and they were on the whole night until 6:45 this morning – amazing!

Not all our solar lights last that long just the ones that have their resp. solar panels exposed to the sun for most of the day.

This photo was taken at 6:30 in the morning. As you can observe the solar light is still on. The light turned off 15 minutes later. It was on for over 12 hours – pretty good going!

Recommendations

All our solar lights were purchased on takealot. It is important to remember to have the solar panel installed in an area that ideally has 6-8 hours/ day exposed to the sun.
