Regardless of the company hosting your website, make sure you have the latest PHP version.
Once Debian announces that they no longer support a version of PHP, Xneelo will remove this option from the tool. It is therefore imperative that you do what is necessary to ensure that your site is compatible with the latest version of PHP. And as mentioned above this is something you can easily do yourself.

What is PHP?
PHP is a powerful, server-side scripting language that can be used to extend the functionality of your pages. PHP is the programming language that most of the WordPress codebase is written in. Other languages and technologies used include JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. You don’t have to learn PHP but it is important that you update your WordPress website to the latest version of PHP.
If you are using konsoleH
Change your PHP version in konsoleH:
Steps
- Browse to konsoleH and log in at Admin or Domain level
- If Admin level: Select or search for a domain name in the Hosting Services tab
- Click Manage Services on the left-hand menu
- Below that select Configuration > PHP ConfigÂ
- Select the drop-down option next to PHP version.
- Select your choice of version
- Click Save
What happens next
The upgrade will be completed automatically.
If you are using the new Xneelo Control Panel
Change your PHP version in the xneelo Control Panel
Steps
- Browse to your xneelo Control Panel and log in.
- Navigate to the Products page.
- Search for and select the specific domain name.
- Scroll down to Hosting tools and select PHP Config.
- Under Configuration the PHP version will be selected.
- Select your choice of PHP version.
- Click Save.
What happens next
The upgrade will be completed automatically.
